Very unstable over past few months, constantly loosing folders to have to reinstate them, many of my colleagues the same problem. Time to push V7.5.3.5.3? But testing Dropbox..........
Major improvements this year
The past several updates have brought Briefcase up to my expectations for a critical business tool when travelling.
Great app for taking files with me
Brilliant tool. I can set SharePoint data to sync and make sure I have the files with me when I travel - and I am confident I always have the most up to date information. I can also search based on part codes and model numbers added as metadata in SharePoint.
Unsuitable.
This app is not worth the headache of trying to properly synchronize anything. It a SHAME such a big company like mine uses this crap. What a waste of time.
Don’t waste your time or money
I spent the most I’ve ever spent on this app. They stopped supporting with updates but didn’t offer any kind of alternatives. Now “Bruce” on chat (from marketing group) is telling me to give him my personal information and support will contact me. Also, if I give my email, I also agree to promotional emails... Nah. You’ve been warned.

Good app - But ongoing issues
Worked well for a short while, remote admin of sites allowed easier configuration. But ongoing issues with the list of sites changing all by themselves by disappearing and duplicating is causing huge consternation and has delayed the roll out.
The app also crashes, with the only fix being to delete and re-install.
Months of emailing (Jan 2018, it’s now May 2018), no word of a resolution.
