I can log in and that’s about all it does. Nothing populates in the financial aid tab or payments tab.

Do not waste your time

This app is just a login screen. Once you login, there is nothing else. No information populates inside the app. Ever. Please do not waste your time downloading this because you will just end up removing it. 😭

Annoying

I've been trying to log in for days and it won't let me. I restarted my phone and uninstalled it and it still won't work. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Love this app

This app WORKS perfectly fine, the reviews are old and the app has been updated. I have an iPhone X and have had 0 problems with it.

This app is the worst. If you think you are in line for any advisor or financial aid you aren’t. Don’t waist your time downloading the app it’s absolutely trash.

it won’t go past the loading screen and just keeps spinning when you try to log in.

Won’t even let me log in

Can’t even log into the app- keeps telling me that it can’t verify my credentials to be authentic.

Maybe a development error?

The app never allowed me past the sign in screen. I retyped my ID and password, I tried deleting it then re-downloading it, but nothing seemed to work. I finally just gave up on it and decided to attempt to use the website instead. It’s sad too because I was really hoping that it would help. Apparently not.

Won’t work

I’ve downloaded the app. Won’t let me log in. It just keeps circling like it wants to load when typing in my login. But does nothing. I’ve turned off my phone and restarted it. And re downloaded the app and it still won’t work. Faulty app.

Worst thing I’ve ever experienced

The app when I tried to login to my cougarweb account, it takes forever to load and it won’t work. Definitely one of the worst college apps I’ve had on my phone by far. Need a fix. 👎🏻

Awesome!

Loved it. It works for me. It is clean and user friendly. The only thing I think it’s missing is a library feature. That would be veryyy helpful too. But overall. You guys rocked. Proud to be a Cougar.

Very user friendly!

I love the updated interface from the older Collin College app. The older one seemed cluttered and messy, but this one is very intuitive and user friendly. The CougarBot is also very helpful! Some parts of the app crash when I tap on them, such as the Payments tab, but that’s understandable considering this is a brand new app. Keep updating the app, and I can guarantee you I will use this!! 👍🏻👍🏻
