Frequently get an error when trying to log in. Happens the most early in the morning.
Timeout messages
To the developer; when the connection times out, just go back to the login screen and don’t put up those dialog boxes…it introduces friction into the experience. These ALWAYS pop up when not using the app (like the next day). The last first thing we want is to be greeted with the error messages when we know we are logged out due to lack of activity. You know you can do better

Experiencing app problems every time i use the app for the last 6 years. Gets old.

This is NOT an iPad app
For some reason, CCU has an app that it claims is for iPad. It's not. It's clearly for iPhone and you have to rotate the screen to view it. This seems just lazy and it's been years. Make a better app, please, or don't pretend this is an iPad app.
Signing in
I constantly get an “error” message when trying to log in. Super frustrating when I’m trying to check my balance. I shouldn’t have to sign in 20 times or wait hours before it decides to let me log in.

Face recognition unreliable
Every time I go to use the facial recognition feature, it does not function. The phone number that is given to remedy the problem merely states it isn’t their problem, it is the app provider.
Crashes constantly
Nothing will load up properly and it crashes every time I try to use it. I’ve tried activating the quick balances feature and that just gives me an error message. I can’t get this app to work for me. :(
Needs an update.
This app looks and feels old and outdated. Update your app to make it more user friendly as well, it feels very retro.

why aren’t we able to turn our cards on and off as we please. like it’s 2023. i was able to do with with wells fargo. veridian allows us to do it like bffr.
