I can’t really fault this dictionary, a great resource to have on your phone.
Can’t enter Russian words in Roman alphabet!
How the **** are we supposed to look up Russian words when no Cyrillic keyboard is provided? Total waste of $$.
Inferior to Spanish dictionary
The developer does not seem to be interested to develop or update this app, despite its high price. Russian verb conjugations don’t even include the English meaning of the verb and searching is difficult because the phonetic version (with apostrophes etc) is used. Plenty of other gripes, but is there anybody even reading this?

missing a feature of other Collins
a little disappointed that this app lacks phonetic transcriptions for Russian. I found myself using the pronunciation guide on the French Collins dictionary quite a lot, and was hoping for similar features here
Too many mistakes
Using this with my Russian lessons and the tutor has started to point out many mistakes. Incorrect entries over нравиться and present tense often left out in conjugation section. Poor.
Need more Russian words in verbs
I am happy with the app. But I was looking for words 'help' and 'support' in Russian verbs. They have not. Please add new verbs. Thanks.
Worth Every Penny
Very good app, this is the only app you really need to learn Russian. I have this for Spanish and German too.

I love this app!! Whenever I'm reading articles on my phone I can easily look up all the words that I don't understand. It also includes verb conjugations and some word usage. Great app!

Great app, with one little issue
This is easily the best Russian dictionary app. A lot of care was put into making the interface clean and intuitive.
The only issue is that it's clumsy to close definitions. You open a definition by tapping on the word, but to close you have to click on a little "arrows" button on the other side of the screen. The definitions also stay open forever, so after awhile a bunch of definitions are open. I'd expect them to be closed automatically at some point, like when you open the app.

За такие деньги весьма посредственно, поражает скупость пояснений к словам. Не советую брать. Купилась на имя.

Good dictionary. Would like to see some noun conjugations though, but I have to say this is the best russian dictionary I've come across. There have been a couple of crashes, but overall I'm very grateful that this has been made. Definitely worth the price!

I love this app. If you are studying Russian I recommend this as your starting point.
not worth it
Ultralingua acts as a dictionary where you can search for words and phrase but it also provides other tools to help you learn and practice the language as well. The one thing to point out, this is more of a dictionary. You can type in a few phrases but need to plan to stick to single words. The app didn't offer phonetic translation and didn't have audio clips. Frankly, it was useless on my trip to Russia and I'm rather annoyed I paid so much for it. Again, how do you pronounce an upside down h? The bottom line, without phonetic translation or text to speech how can you really use it?

Incredible Russian Dictionary
Collins does it again! This is my fourth Collins dictionary (I also have Italian, Spanish, and French) and I have yet to be disappointed. I used to carry around bulky dictionaries. Not only is this more compact... It also gives many phrases and examples that you'll actually use. It's easy to get the Russian keyboard on your iTouch/phone.

Not as good as Oxford
This app is fine, but for exactly the same price you can get the Oxford app which is superior in all aspects, except perhaps the aesthetic appeal of the interface. Oxford has many more words, useful hyperlinks between perfective and imperfective aspects, and better conjugation/declension tables. It also had audio for some words and a flash card function.
