Device Won’t Update
I get a notice under settings once I’m signed into my hex that says device needs updating. It appears to go through but nothing updates. Same notice is there.

Terrible app
Will work fine for a while but then all of the sudden it will just disconnect. I will reset everything and then out of the blue it will tell me it can’t connect to WiFi. I’ve deleted both my devices again & it won’t let me connect anymore (yes I’m on the WiFi ghz it’s requesting, I turn off anything private too so it can connect). After 5+ years I’m ready to toss them.

App is not working anymore, when reached out to customer support, they gave me stupid generic reason that my device is offline, but it’s not, i can’t still turn it on manually. Such a trash app, get better lights..

Cela fait une semaine que j’essaye de mettre à jour mon appareil, sans succès, et à chaque fois, un message « mise à jour en cours » s’affiche, mais rien ne se passe.
En plus, l’appareil fonctionne très mal et il est impossible de personnaliser les effets lumineux, sans que l’appareil se réinitialise à chaque allumage

Cool lights, terrible app
The lights themselves are nice, but the app is borderline unusable and doesn’t work most of the time. Just get a different product so you can avoid this app.

The app takes for ever to load
It is a cool device but the app doesn’t work properly.

Any reviews later app is functional you are able to access lights easily and cooperates well with Apple home well all it needs now is a widget

Since the last major IOS update this app has stopped launching. Desperately needs a fix. I’m not going to recommend anyone to download the app, it won’t launch anyways.

Won’t connect
My colight mix acid used to connect but now it no longer works. The app can’t pick up the device. What a waste. When it worked it was nice but good luck getting to actually happen. So now I only have the generic colors. Annoying.
