AI” and I can only use a number of times. I was planning on using this app for my school Open House end of the year project and I can’t finish the project on a timely manner because I have to purchase more coins. What a waste of money this was. I would like to get my money refunded.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion and understand your frustration, especially since you planned to use Color AI for a school project. Color AI subscriptions include a weekly coin allowance for AI creations, rather than unlimited use, because each generated image requires AI processing resources. Unused coins continue adding up, but additional coins may be needed for larger projects or faster usage. We understand this should be clearer before purchase, and we are working to improve how coin usage and subscription limits are explained in the app. If you would like to request a refund, refunds are handled directly by the App Store. You can also contact us through the app so we can assist you further.

With the yearly subscription, you will receive new coins each week throughout the subscription period. You may either wait for the next weekly allocation or make an additional in-app purchase if you would like to add more coins sooner. For further assistance, please contact our support team using the Support button located in the top-right corner of the Profile section in Settings.
