My color season type was not accurate and so were the actual color swatches.

Probably your photo was taken in wrong conditions. Please make sure to use soft daily light facing window without direct sunlight on your face and heavy makeup. If you need help with color analysis, contact me via app menu support button. Anastasia, founder.
