Crash

My husband subscribed to this for me because I love it. But I have three pictures that I got almost finished and they crashed. All that work for nothing. What is the problem with it? Help!! WHY SO LONG BEFORE NEW PICTURES? I’ve noticed that once a month there is a week gone. Really? APRIL 12, 2019 WHERE ARE THE NEW PICTURES TO PAINT?!!! I have not seen one in over two weeks. NOT GOOD!!!!

WHY DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD VOYAGER NOW TO GET ACCESS TO THIS? I’m already a paying customer. What?

CRASHING - update

Update

I decided to get this a try again. Even though I’m paying $2.99 a week to paint a picture you are not able to compete the picture you spent hours doing because the app freezes and/or just closes you out. What’s the deal?

I began doing the free paintings and was always running out of paint and even if paint was available the painting would crash and I wouldn’t be able to complete the picture. UGGGG
