Geht gar nicht

Eigentlich eine schöne Sache, aber auf einmal sind alle gekauften Bilder wieder weg, ich soll sie erneut bezahlen (!?) und meine Nachricht an den Support wird ohne Angabe von Gründen nicht abgeschickt. Da kann man offenbar nichts machen. Meine Kinder sind sehr traurig.
