Incredible free app
This app is super helpful with two of my favorite pastimes: Home DIYs and painting. One of the best free apps I’ve used!
The app is 5 years old
Not confident this will get new features or development since it was last updated 5 years ago. It needs more for a paid app but it’s fine for free. Would have liked Pantone colours added for starters.

Great For Colorblind
Protip: you can get a year for 99 cents if you just click through the ads enough. They initial want you to pay more.
I’m an artist who is also color blind. I have trouble distinguishing green from brown and so I use this app to double check colors in my work and reference. I love it. Bonus points for all it’s color palette and scheme tools.
Great functionality even in the free version, which I used for months before upgrading.

Literally does nothing
I can’t do anything with the free version. Not sure why it is available as an option if you can’t do, well, anything with it 🤷♀️
Used to work fine for what you wanted.
I do a lot of fashion designs for fun and always struggle to come up with matching colours/contrasting colours to what I’ve done. I used to love this app for that as you could tap the screen and it would show you what colours go with or contrast to the one you used. However all it can do now is detect the colour your using.
Whenever I try to use the app for its intended purpose it takes me to a subscription page with no option to say no and back out without closing the entire app. On the plus side the subscription is cheap compared to other apps but I’d rather not pay for something for months on end when it used to be in the free version…

Finally I found an app that tells me what colour something is me and my sisters and mum we’re having a fight me and mum thought the hair tie was green my sisters thought it was turquoise and ME AND MUM WERE RIGHT oh and I guess it’s good for renovating to

Wouldn’t let me see the color I bookmarked after a while, I was trying to import the colors of something so I could draw it. Pretty much useless now. Tried to force me to buy pro before I could even see it, it let me do it before though. Just now started :/

Honestly is the most useful app ever.
If you ever wondered the name of a color that you see, this is the app for you, it also gives you the color code so you can replicate it on your computer. I wish more people know this app.
Why can’t I make a colour palettes from a picture?

Amazing tool for illustrators!
I am working on the book and wanted to match colours from photos of real life objects to various colour systems RGB, CMYK, HEX etc, then to Pantone paper guides and then back to real object. This app handled the task beautifully. Added harmonies and palettes are extra useful for work on book illustrations. Thank you for this great tool.

A cost for... everything?
I’ve had this app for around a year. It really helped me with my photography. It was so useful. However, with the new update, you can’t... find the color? You have to subscribe to a ‘pro’ account, versus a ‘free’ account. ‘Free’ does absolutely nothing. I’d recommend getting a different app, unless you want to pay for something that takes very little time and effort to make.

Sou daltônico e gosto de desenhar. Para pintar sempre tive problemas devido minha deficiência, mas esse app me ajuda muito a ver o código das cores de determinado desenho ou objeto para que eu conclua minhas atividades. Parabéns aos desenvolvedores.
