App needs serious work
This app is barely usable. It’s like the company wanted to market they have blinds that can up and down via mobile or Siri and didn’t invest the time or money for a good UX or a dev team to execute on it. I have to reset my shades so many times and hang the app you have to do it in tue most convoluted way. So many more issues.

Terrible experience
If I could give this app a minus 10 I would. I’m ready to go back to manual shades and return these. Total waste of time.
Timers don’t work. Adds incorrectly then won’t turn off or delete timer.

Horrible
There’s a reason it’s free. Only a few shades would show up, things hardly connected. Added one shade and then couldn’t add any more. Went to to the help section and it was one long pdf. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
Decent with missing features
The app is relatively easy to use but has some major flaws related to scheduling:
1 - Sunrise and Sunset : Time changes ever day but every weeks the delta is not updated automatically
2 - Trigger Time Before - Missing feature available on other smart controllers. The ability to trigger x amount of minutes before sunrise/sunset
3 - Trigger High noon settings or other x minutes before settings.

App stopped working
I can’t put my blinds up or down anymore because this app just crashes. If you are thinking about purchasing blinds that are controlled by this app, you shouldn’t. Your life will be misery.
