The app will literally suggest that I buy the premium version every two minutes while I'm using it that is extremely annoying. Obviously if I wanted to purchase it, I would've purchased it the first second third or maybe even the fourth time it prompted me too. This needs to stop. I don't wanna be prompted to buy a premium version every two minutes.

I’m a pony player and I wanted to try and get these colours for my OC. Unfortunately when I would colour pick the colours of my pony I would try and click on the arrow and the arrow would do absolutely nothing as if the button wasn’t working. I have no idea why it was doing this and it’s really annoying so fix it.

Thank you for your feedback. Depending on how you use the app, you will need to select the color you want the app to identify in order to get an accurate reading. For example, if you are using the live view, the color you want to read must be in the small square in the middle of the screen. If you want to identify a color in a picture, use your finger to select the color in the picture that you want to identify. The free version of the app will provide a simple reading. If you need a precise RAL, you also have the option of using the precise recognition Pro tool. I hope my reply helps clarify how to use Color Name AR to get accurate readings and you continue to use and enjoy the app. Wish you all the best!

Found the AR Live View is free
Plus: it does good color identification.
Con: While in AR Live View scanning different items, it keeps popping up the BUY PRO screen. Very annoying. No, I’m not trying to choose a pro feature.

I do not feel that this app is able to identify colors accurately. Big disappointment.
Excellent App for Color ID & Matching
This is a very intuitive, well laid out app that works extremely well. I have not used the Pantone capability (requires subscription, and I don’t have need of it) but I have no doubt that the developer’s attention to detail will be just as well executed.
Not accurate
The app gave me two choices, Ral 5012 and ral 5015. BOTH were too dark in reality. This cost me money that I was trying to save by using an app.

I no longer need this app, so I'd like to cancel my subscription. Every single button on the Settings menu responds EXCEPT the "Manage Subscriptions" button. Conveniently even the "Upgrade to Pro Version" button in between the Manage Subscriptions and Restore Purchases button works; but the other two don't.
So now apparently I've upgraded to Pro Version even though i was TRYING to cancel my subscription.
At the App Store, the "Contact Developer" button also does not respond.
This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Not for anybody who wants to pay money just to see their eye color
First of all, I don’t like this. I just wanna know what my eye color is and I don’t want any premium benefits or anything like that. I just wanna know my eye color is is it that is that so hard to ask don’t click on this if you’re gonna pay money if you want to pay money, I mean if you don’t, then you’re just wasting your time in here please if somebody works or anything or the person who made this please don’t make it for money or anything come on it’s just mean some people four years old or something. We just wanna know our eye color simple as that we don’t need to ask for too much you Know.

Does a great job but…
This app does a great job in identifying colors but I feel like the app is constantly pressuring me to pay for the subscription. The app just keeps popping up the subscription screen when I don’t want to. I just want to use the app, not use my money for it. I understand the developer wants money for this app but you don’t need to keep annoyingly put the subscription over and over on the screen. It should be the user’s decision to support this app by paying for the subscription but really I downloaded this because I was drawing something and looking over an image. I had difficulties trying to guess what colors I needed to use. Seriously, put the subscription screen on the side somewhere where like a tab button to go to it instead of just trying to throw the subscription down my throat
