Doesn’t work on iPadOS

Hi, To activate and launch any Safari extension, please follow these steps: 1. Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions, then select the extension name. 2. Toggle on the "Allow Extension" switch. 3. Since our extension needs to interact directly with websites, you’ll need to grant permissions. This section is located just below the "Allow Extension" switch. You can choose between "Allow" or "Ask" (Safari will ask each time you use the extension). 4. Now open Safari. Just to the right of the search bar, you’ll see a puzzle piece (extension) icon. Tap it to open a menu where you can select and start using the extension. 5. Sometimes, Safari doesn’t recognize the extension immediately after installation and activation. We recommend closing and reopening Safari after activating any extension. When you open our app, you’ll find a link to an article that walks you through the installation and activation process, complete with images. Feel free to refer to it. Hi, this not an extension bug, but a safari bug. Sometimes it doesn’t recognize extensions when they are just installed. Closing Safari and opening it again solves the issue. If the issue persists, please send us an email to indigo.apps.contact@gmail.com with more details and we will assist you. All the best!

Nous tenons à vous informer que nous avons minutieusement révisé le code, effectué de multiples tests et consulté nos testeurs, et nous n'avons identifié aucun problème de notre côté. Concernant le problème que vous rencontrez, nous vous suggérons de suivre les étapes suivantes pour tenter de résoudre cette difficulté : 1) Fermez complètement Safari. 2) Rouvrez Safari et vérifiez si l'extension fonctionne correctement. Hi, the extension does extract the palette of a website. You will see a list of colors under the subtitle “Website palette” after you open extension’s popup. If no color appears, refreshing the website solves the issue. We hope it helps. We wish you an excellent week.
