Doesn’t work
I try to register for tennis drills and it’s blank. The app is slow and doesn’t work. Staff has no clue what to do the fix it. I reported the app was malfunctioning last week and it still hasn’t been fixed
Slow, cumbersome and doesn’t update in real time
The makers of this app (I know it’s not the local gym’s choice) need to get with the times and invest in a better app for their clients and their gyms’ customers. If you want people to book and keep coming to the gym - give people an app that’s attractive and easy to use.
If only it worked
App accepted member number and correctly identified member names. App ceased all function after that. Zero utility.
Accurate scheduling
I like this app because it gives me a chance to check in and understand who will be teaching one class on a particular day. I’m probably like most people, I have my favorite teachers. This helps me manage my schedule well.
