This is the worst gambling app in colorado. It’s incredibly laggy, doesn’t offer a variety of live lines, has very time consuming withdrawal methods, and it’s horribly ran. They might have to leave colorado soon they are having so many issues. Do not sign up do not use Betfred literally every single other gaming app in colorado is better.

They CHANGED MY BET TO A LOSING BET AFTER I PLACED THE BET!!!

Ok this one is so ridiculous I can’t even believe it’s happening. Today - October 17, 2023 - during the Tampa Bay Lightning Buffalo Sabres game, Buffalo was up 1-0 in the first period. The BetFred app showed the game total line as 2.5 so I put $100 on over 2.5 at -154.

AFTER I placed the bet, they changed my bet to ONLY Tampa Bay over 2.5, which of course lost.

I contacted support, thinking this was surely an error. They flat out lied about it despite my proof of a screen shot showing their game total line at 2.5 when I placed the bet. They are refusing to make this right in any way.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR DEPOSIT ANY MONEY!! IF YOU HAVE MONEY IN THIS APP, TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT RIGHT NOW!!

Decent book but god awful app

App constantly freezes, lines are difficult to find, logs you out after 10 seconds if you don't keep app open, and encounter inexplicable error screens. I've been staring at it for 30 minutes trying to find a few golf lines that I located on other books in less than 20 seconds. Worst of all, no search function. Imagine if mgm was developed by an amateur software developer for a school project. It's worse than that

Bad app but good support and promos

the app needs work, the betslip is super glitchy and doesn’t load properly a lot. also the app logs you out as soon as you switch to another app which is super frustrating. but the customer support is great, and the promotions are pretty good when they have them.

Would recommend

I have used a lot of gambling apps and betfred have some work to do as far as functionality goes. But their lines are very competitive and their customer service has been great. Will only get better with time and have been recommending to my friends to check out.

Mediocre

Best I can give is 3 stars. Support is phenomenal and bonuses are frequent, especially for active players. However, interface is well below other sports books and the app often shuts down or logs you out. Not the easiest to use.

Good live bets but the bet slip selections need to be fixed

Live bets are good but only if the selection works on the betslip tab in the app. I’ll explain: when a selection is made; moneyline, spread, whatever, and then you click on the “betslip” tab or area and then when it comes up, the selections you made disappear or don’t register in the betslip. Restart app sometimes works, usually doesn’t. It’s very frustrating.

First impressions

Overall the BetFred app appears to offer a very fluid betting experience. My first deposit went thru instantly, the large selection of markets and bet types is great! I made my first bet tonight and the promotional free bets should become available to me once the bet settles. Good luck to all of the other betters out there!

Decent App

The free bets were nice, although they spread the $50 bets over multiple weeks which wasn’t ideal. The platform is easy to use and sign in, but withdrawing could be simpler. Overall it’s solid.

Solid

Decent platform and good lines. The app is the reason for losing a star. Not a great interface. Customer service is pretty good when I’ve had issues. DraftKings gives away more free money and better cash outs, but I like Bet Fred Overall.

It’s ok

I’ve used DraftKings for the past year and thought I’d try a different app. There are some things Betfred does better than DraftKings such as showing the score of your bets on your bet slip. Other things are worst, such as not showing the pitchers schedule to start the baseball games in the betting section. Overall it’s ok but not great

Good promos!

Great new player promo. I enjoy the text customer service versus a live chat where I have to open the app again to respond. Small hiccup with bonus issued but it was fixed promptly. Thanks!
