Useless
I was told to message the bank through the app to change terms of CD. I had a one year CD that defaulted to a one month CD. I messaged the bank through the app. There were no directions or indication where I would go to message. CD was not changed this costs me money but saves the bank money.
I will transfer money to a new bank and delete this useless app
