Your can’t push agree and you can’t login so I can’t go to my classes if you see this your kid should not use this horrible app

App hasn’t worked on iPhone 14 Pro with dynamic island for a few months now.
My wife has a iPhone 13 Pro and works fine for her.

Stopped Working
App used to have all the choices below the top scroll, now it’s completely blank. I tried deleting and reinstalling and it comes back to exactly the same place. This makes it complicated worthless as a parent.
Blank except top
Top info rotates not clickable. Completely blank underneath. I’ve installed reinstalled messages blackboard asked my kid’s principal and went through the IT person for the district via the principal. I’ve updated my phone wiped and reinstalled everything. Cleared cache of the app. All of it. It’s on the developers end, I need this app to check his attendance as well as updates for the school.

Please update and fix the app! I can’t access my children’s classes or any information anymore. It’s just stuck on the rotating highlights. It was working great until it just removed all the icons. Now I have no access from here and power school 🤦🏻♀️ Please fix

Malfunction
I think the app is stuck after you pick the schools you want information from. Pick the three that I need and hit update, but now it doesn’t give me the option to log in or see all the data that is provided on the app.
Notifications not working
I upgraded from an iPhone 7 to 11 and the notifications stopped working. I have them all turned on and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still doesn’t work.
Trash
You can find all this online, app is super buggy and crashes all the time. Don’t get this.
No Support
The credentials I have work on the website but not in the app. I get a message telling me to contact the school my child goes to. I did that and was told no one there can help me. When I asked who could I was told to go to the school’s library. Why does D11 put this app out and then have no one within their IT Department supporting this?

Unable to login
I have really liked this app until now. After installing on my new phone, I am unable to log in. I can sign in to the website just fine, but I get the “invalid login” message on the app.

Could be better at showing current grades, but other than that it’s great.

It was working fine until recently when it won’t let me log in any more!! My log in works just fine on the website, so there’s no reason why it shouldn’t work on the app! Totally lame!!!!
Needs work
Most links take you to “this page has moved”. It is very complicated to access the Q connection/parent portal.

I think the calendar is stuck on eastern time because events are showing 2 hours earlier than they are supposed to.
