Fix your account connection

This app is bad at most things outside of opening an article and reading it. It always has trouble signing in, my subscription purchase on desktop didn’t register with the app until I deleted and reinstalled it, and the few account customizations there are have glitches. I’ve been a reader for years but this is mediocre. Gannet is a huge corporation and should really have a better app base to work off of.

Horrible app

Locks up several times every day while I read the paper. Restarts with no reason. Makes me want to cancel the on line paper.

Much better!

Much better response from the app!

Coloradoan eNewspaper

I like the new format of the Coloradoan eNewspaper. Like the option of being able to get only the digital format of the Coloradoan as receiving the paper version on Wednesday’s and Sundays through the mail is very inconvenient. In addition lowering the price for only the digital version is a great option. It would be nice if the local grocery ads or links were were available with the digital version rather than having to go to there respective apps.
Thanks,
Ron Pantier
