Can’t Access Membership

Sadly, I paid for a full year membership and it’s been such a hassle to access it. I give up on this and cancelled the membership so it doesn’t automatically renew for another year. Sometimes you find yourself wasting money unintentionally and this was one of those times. I have buyers remorse but will eventually recover. The app is quite clever and my child enjoys it. I just wish he could access what we paid for.

ERROR ERROR THERE’S AN ERROR

The mixing factory won’t allow me to mix white by adding too much white to a color to the fact that it’s just white no hue anywhere same with black it won’t,let me mix black by adding too much black to a color BUT IT ALSO DOESNT LET ME MAKE GRAY BY ADDING TOO MUCH BLACK TO A COLOR THEN ADDING WHITE AFTERWARDS IF ALLOWED IT CAN ALSO BE MADE THE OTHER WAY TOO MUCH WHITE TO A COLOR FIRST THEN BLACK AFTERWARDS BUT SILLY OLD BLUEZOO DECIDED THAT THE MIXING FACTORY SHOULD THINK ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE WHITE BLACK OR GRAY IN THE MIXING FACTORY PLEASE FIX THIS BLUEZOO

Kid liked it…charged before the trial period ended

My son liked the game but I was charged on day one with no information on how to cancel before the alleged 7-day free trial. How do I cancel within the 7 days AND get my money returned.

When it works, it’s great

When the app works as intended, it’s great! Plenty of fun activities. But it’s very glitchy and often doesn’t work well. We paid for a yearly premium subscription, but I currently can’t access any of the premium features. The restore purchases screen pops up, but if you touch any part of the pop up, it only moves the background (behind the pop up) around. When we are using the app, I have to shut out of it and start the game over multiple times as we run into different bugs. I really want this app to work well and wish it ran smoothly.

Stopped working..still paying

We LOVE bluezoo apps!!! When it works these apps (blocks) are amazing for learning!!!! My son loves this game, and we pay for it on 5 devices! After “Easter” up date and new options, every time we open it, a big square pops up and says RESTORE PURCHASE monthly or yearly. Go to my subscriptions and it says PAID. contacted Apple, deleted, redownloaded RE-PAID and even factory reset doesn’t fix. Made me so mad. my son likes to click the color lines on side and watch the little videos by color, and now all he can do is move the colors around..even though we pay for full interaction. Sad especially with autism they get used to same things, and melt down when it’s no longer working, but doesn’t understand why. Has the other colorblocks app, and all he can do is paint/color. Please FIX bluezoo! We love your apps!

Different shade of Colours.

I wish I can mix colours for the Creative Colouring Game, but I only come with 17 colours. Plus the app is Way Past Cool. Edit: If there's Alphablocks World, Numberblocks World, Colourblocks World, does that mean there’s going to be a Wonderblocks World?

NO CYAN, MAGENTA, SKY, DEEP AND LIME.

I wish I could rate 0 stars because red - brown is not enough, I have subscribed and only Blue - Brown unlocked, yes the menu has Cyan - Lime but creative colouring does not have Cyan to Lime, Please fix it.

Can’t get past brown

We paid for this app, but now can’t get past the colour brown. My son is very confused and we have tried everything. Going to ask for our money back.

Does not work for all the colors!

We have been paying for this for months and my son has gotten to the color brown quite a while ago and there are still another five colors that do not unlock. I’m not sure what the problem is, but it seems to be something wrong with the software pretty disappointing for my four year-old. He complains every time he plays it that the colors don’t work.

Can’t get to the other Colourblocks

When i get to the end in Brown’s stage. There is no Cyan arrow. Cyan is one of my favorite Colourblocks. How do i access Cyan and the other colours?
