Lost a lot of money
I had purchased every Student Magazine available and now for some reason none of the magazines are available. When you purchase a magazine from a newsagent, they can’t walk into your home a year later and either burn it or keep it. Once you buy the item it is yours to keep until you decide otherwise. I have emailed the Editor of the Magazine and the App Developer of the App, which is the same person and never received a reply on this matter.
All I want is access to the magazines I purchased or my money back. I know the internet skips around a lot of laws, but I think on this occasion and judging by all the other comments in the review section, consumer laws are certainly being squeezed here if not completely broken.
This review is not negative toward the content of the magazine, on the contrary, the magazine content for this particular range “The Student” was really good. But allowing people to pay their hard earned money to read and keep the magazine, only to have access to the magazines removed is wrong.

I recently switched to IPAD air2. I tried to restore my purchases an it just freezes. There is no place on the app to contact support. I am very disappointed.
