A color discrimination game

About
Colori turns color perception into a beautiful game.
Each round presents a mosaic of colored patches. Most share the same hue — but a handful are quietly, subtly different. Your task: find and tap every patch that doesn't belong. Easy to learn, surprisingly hard to master.
HOW IT WORKS
- A reference color fills the screen as a field of tessellated patches.
- Hidden among them are target patches shifted in hue, lightness, or saturation.
- Tap every target before time runs out.
- The easier differences vanish quickly — the tricky ones linger, daring you to find them.
- Miss too many and you lose a life. Run out of lives and the game ends.
GETTING HARDER AS YOU GO
Color differences start large and obvious, then shrink with each level. Your eyes must work harder and harder to pick out what your brain insists looks the same.
GLOBAL LEADERBOARD
How does your color vision compare? After each game your score is submitted to a worldwide ranking. Set a nickname, track your personal best, and see where you stand among players around the globe.
THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE FUN
Colori was developed by vision scientists at Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen. Every game you play contributes — anonymously — to research on human color discrimination. You're not just playing; you're helping us understand how human color vision works.
Play casually for a few minutes, or push for a top-10 score. Either way, you'll never look at colors quite the same way again.
