Is this app working?
There have not been any updates in several days. I love the app but it is very frustrating that it appears to not be updating. The picture halfway loads and then stops and I cannot get app support to open.
Color Hints
For a time I was able to select the color I wanted the color hints to be, solid red, solid blue or patterned red, blue, green or yellow. Now I am stuck on the yellow patterned hints. Will this ever change back to allowing the user to select the color he or she wants?

I think this is the best thing I have ever come across and it’s very relaxing and it’s mind soothing thank you for creating such a great app

Sometimes I get a picture but I change my mind after doing a couple of colors. You don’t have any way to delete it.
Sometimes your pictures have too many little pieces. (That could be frustrating if you don’t have ad-free, unlimited hint, paint and access purchase option that doesn’t have a subscription.)
An option for other colors that point out the uncolored number (I.e bright red-pink or dark green.) You would put in the settings or next to “hint” and “paint” icons.
I hope the one-time purchase will be offered again without subscription. It was reasonably priced. It probably help your sales if you can’t afford this to offer “hint” and “paint” bundles, ad-free and/or just unlimited access.

What’s Going with this App and Update.
Update 4-20-24 - App is locking up while changing color or when you zoom in. I’m using iPad with latest software update. The last update for this app was 3 months ago. Long time user and pictures are repeats and they are no longer the quality they once were. Very sad to see this once great app decline.
I’ve been using this app for over 3 years and it was the best out there. Since early this year, selections are no longer available, too many repeat pictures and pictures are no longer the quality they used to be. Very disappointed since support no longer answers questions. If you have a product, you need to support it and your customers.

How About a Horizontal View?
I used to love this app. However, after all this time, there still isn’t an option for the screen to flip horizontally. It is too cumbersome to try coloring vertically on an iPad, therefore I don’t use this anymore. It is impossible to relax while holding up a 13” iPad to color! Many apps have added this feature. I guess I’ll stick to building puzzles on my iPad for now.

Getting less and less for subscription dollar
I’ve been a subscriber for years and have decided to cancel my subscription. First, ColorPlanet discontinued new Selection groups to color. Not sure what my million plus coins are supposed to be used for! Now they are increasingly repeating pictures. Seems like they are making less than less effort on the app.

I really like this app;however, I paid for it and still have ads.
New albums?
I love this game but I pretty much did all the albums and there hasn’t been any new ones for a long time now. That was my favorite feature since new ones used to be available and they were all beautiful. Will there be new ones soon?
processing errors
after the 2 years of loving the app, I am now unable to add photos to the “My Pages” i get a message stating “ processing errors” after 2-3 minutes of trying to process. is there a fix - or refund?
The Best Coloring App
First, thank you for the no ads option. I can just relax without interruption. I enjoy this app, especially the ‘Buildings’ section. There are some amazing structures which truly come to life once completed. If possible, perhaps you could note the name and location at the bottom, as I often wonder where some of them are.

It doesn’t matter what picture you choose, you never get to color it in. You are hit with games that you have to play and/or download as ads but there’s no way to get out of them
