Please update it!!
The Behr app needs to replicate the website! I love that I’m able to change the colors on photos that I take of our rooms in the website but on the app I don’t have that option. I feel this could be a quick fix since they already have the blueprint from the website. :) I know so many others who’d appreciate finding an app that could help them findtheir dream colors for their home.

Multiple trips to HD, wet color looked right, dried color was way too dark

I honestly can’t believe this app is live. It would be better if it just didn’t existed, it would’ve saved me (& I’m sure many others) from spending hours looking at colors and saving colors and projects only to close the app and have them be COMPLETELY gone.
I’m honestly considering different paint brand now, which is sad but true.

Not user friendly
Not helpful. Not able to paint my uploaded photos of kitchen in the app. If there is a way, I couldn’t find it.
Features missing
Why this app does not have what I’d consider basic features is baffling. No account creation to access saved content on the web/desktop.
No save as PDF/print capability from the “My projects” area. No way to share a collection of saved colors that have been saved in a project except for to show someone your phone’s screen or share single colors individually.

Doesn’t work
The preview photos don’t show up - it’s just a blank grey rectangle. Can’t visualize much on that.
The paint colors on the app were completely wrong.
The paint colors were completely wrong. I should have known when the brightest white looked grey on the app that the colors would be inaccurate but like a dummy I trusted it and instead of a burgundy wine color I got a circus full orange color for an entire floor. Lesson #1: Don’t trust the Home Depot app simulating what Behr paint looks like on your photos. Lesson # 2: Don’t rush a project thinking you can get it done fast in a day or two unless you want to spend a couple thousand to find out your house looks like a old circus tent. If I had gone slower, I could have stopped the travesty before it became irreversibly expensive. Lesson #3: Paint a couple square feet on the wall instead of trusting an app.

Not quite as expected
I was hoping that this app would use the picture taken from the camera so I could see what the paint would look like and not from your library of rooms
Out of date colours
I picked out several colours based on pictures of my walls. Went to the Home Depot store to find the matching paint chips. The colours in the app were out of date, such that the store did not have any chips/swatches of the eight colours I had picked out.
Not useful for anything really
Can’t paint a room photo to see what it looks like, color matching is miles away from accurate, and doesn’t recognize it’s own paint cards to even match existing colors. Not really sure what this app would help with.

It’s OK I guess. It’s just hard to select a color. A different color keeps popping up even though I pressed another color.
Not accurate for colour matching
I’ve given the app a try on two separate projects in the last few months. The interface is actually pretty slick once you figure it out, but both times the colour match was so off that it was terrible.

Missing LRV
This is a nice way of looking for colours but if you are looking for the information on the colour you will not find it. I like to choose colours using the LVR (light reflective value) as part of my guide. This vital information is missing. Also you must be careful before you buy and go to the store to see the actual colours as I have noticed a great difference between my phone and my computer.

CANNOT DOWNLOAD OWN PICS
Was disappointed as found out after downloading the app. that you can’t download your own pics to preview colours. Waste of time.

They really need to work on their app. The scanner doesn’t work, can’t look up a colour from the gallons we have.. uggghh. The kitchens, bedroom etc that are in the app don’t really help in looking up the colour. Terrible experience.
Outdated Version
This app hasn’t been updated in the last 2 years. It doesn’t work properly with my iPhone 13. I can’t scan the paint chip barcode. Entering the paint colour or name doesn’t provide the correct colour.
