excellent app! really helped me lock down my light identifying skills. my only complaint is that there are not more apps like this to help me train sound signals and buoy identification and other colregs necessities. also a happy anchor user!

Great potential: horrible flaw

I installed the app, answered many questions, left it running in the background, answered more questions the next day, left it running in the background, today, the questions advanced but not the lights image (the image was stuck for many questions until I killed the app). For those studying, this is dangerous as it leads the user confused on the answer set when the corresponding light image doesn’t match.

Without the above bug occurring, the app is quite nice showing the answer Rule and text and also showing a 3d light model.

No wonder why it's free. I'm going for a masters exam tomorrow just wanted to brush up on lights. Aspects are all wrong and confusing . Stick with the flash cards or pay for better!
