Such a great tool and very well designed. I look forward to learning more with this app.
Very Poor Value
This is a very basic app with very limited question bank. The information regarding colregs can be googled for free. Absolutely not worth the money.
Poor
Excellent idea but unfortunately the English is written poorly and the questions and answers are hard to read because of it. The collision situations are good and responsive but again aimed at a very low level of understanding. Something like this would be excellent once worked on.
