Designed to be uselessness
The app seems to have designed with zero usability testing. I’m not sure if there is a single thing provided within the app that isn’t easier to do outside the app (website, calling a CA location, or going to a CA location, to get even something simple done). In particular, it would be nice if there were a way to see classes and to make reservations. There seems to be an intention to make that possible, but I don’t see a way to do it. The app also very awkward to use even in its featureless state.

The app is so خرا like I can’t even open anything every time I open the app there literally nothing there like wth bro.

Blank screens with literally no information. For the price of membership, this shouldn’t be an issue.

Limited-use review/ it’s not that bad
I only use the app to make lap lane reservations at the Supreme pool. Generally works ok but about once a month the “Bookings” page is inaccessible, and I have to delete the app and reinstall it to fix the problem. Also 2 suggestions: 1)when saving the lap appointment to the calendar it would be nice to also add the lap lane assigned; and 2)when selecting the date it would be nice if the pop-up schedule included the day of the week (in addition to the date)-sometimes I forget what day I’m looking at (ok I’m old, lol!) I haven’t used the app for any other purposes so I can’t comment further.

This APP is a great idea but doesn’t work
Waste of time
This would be a great app if it worked it had any of the features that you need but it doesn’t it might as well be a blank blue screen because that’s really all you get. I should have been skeptical when all the reviews were bad but I thought they would have fixed something to make it useful but I was wrong. I deleted the app within 10 minutes of download and will not be trying again.

Garbage
The app doesn’t allow for you to functionally do anything. I can’t book classes, I can’t see the class offerings, I couldn’t even download my scan to my wallet (my entire point for getting the app 🤦🏽♀️).

Who created this garbage app?! Half the time I have to delete & reinstall app in order to use the Booking feature, which has needless steps. This app should be in all UX courses as an example of how not to design an app.
Please fix this app.
App is better than website. But needs some tlc.
Doesn’t work
Just became a member and I’m trying to register on the app. It keeps force closing every time I attempt to set up my password. Have been trying for the past couple days, it just won’t stop force closing.
Frustrating
This app is horrible. The glitchiest app. Currently can’t make a reservation. It’s impossible to cancel a reservation. Think I pay enough to get a decent app!
Nope.
Doesn’t do any of the things it says it does. I was able to check that I have an existing reservation with an instructor. I didn’t need to check but wondered whether any aspect might work as none of the others were. Can not book a court. Cannot see exercise class offerings. Cannot see clinic offerings. Cannot access trainer availability. Cannot fathom why this is so inaccessible.
