Very useful, good functionality - does what it needs to
Very useful for viewing your bills, ordering room service or drinks/food by the pool, finding out about the hotel or local activities. I didn’t try spa functions or other parts but for what I used it for - it was really excellent.
Sporadically unfunctional, lacks two way messaging
Data doesn’t always load, spa section consistently shows blank screen. Messaging interface could be simplified and you can’t reply back to hotel (threading a needed bonus too).
