Staff and courses are amazing
The staff at Columbia Southern University is top-notch. Everyone returns your calls and emails super fast. They are always courteous and I always have an answer within 24 hours. When you were trying to plan courses and balance your work/life, this is so helpful. The courses are outlined so well. The expectations are set, no surprises throughout the semester. In my experience, all of my professors have graded my work in a timely manner. Truly happy I chose Columbia Southern University.

Pointless for classes
Doesn’t show my current classes. It works for resources but I got it for easier access to classes. I use the website more than this app.

Little overwhelmed, but there’s plenty of avenues available to ask questions
Learning made easy
I’m back in college in almost 20 years. Apps wasn’t even around when I was in college obtaining my A.S. and now this way of learn makes things more convenient and easier.
Grading and notifications
Blackboard app is great, but it’s not fully functioning on my phone. Trying to access grades and feedback from professor, but unable to view. Everything is working great though
Student friendly
Student and Age friendly for me since I am not to tech savvy but very manageable and easy to find what I’m searching for.
Convenient
It gives the same information the desktop version does.I can’t use all of the functions because my screen is too small. I would rather performed them on a tablet or the desktop.

CSU app needs refinement
I love the app. It gets me the things I need on the go and keeps me connected. However, the app could use some refinement and make some items easier to navigate.

CSU and the working adult student
Columbia Southern University is great for the adult working student. The class load and the short terms are ideal for working students. The class load is not overwhelming even when working. The instructors are great at helping students succeed with each class as well. I would definitely recommend CSU to anyone who is looking to further their education.

This school is great. it gives you the opportunity to work on your own time to complete your courses. I have had good experience with CSU. i would completely recommend it to family and friends.

Needs better phone adaptability
Between the app and just using an internet browser, the CSU Blackboard crops the screen and does not allow the scroll bar to work in most cases. They do not adapt to the phone screen size.
