Bugs That Close the App
There is a consistent bug among the one virtual tour I went on (Media Arts), and it has to do with accessing the reading material included on the app.
For example, when I was reading the material for 30 East Balbo, if you tap the section “Amenities” it should pull up a page of information for you. But instead of that, it just closes the app.
Thinking it was just a fluke, I restarted the app and tried it again, which didn’t yield any new results.
It happened multiple times throughout the tour, for a total of 6 times. It doesn’t happen often enough to make it unbearable, it just gets annoying.

We have released a new update (2.1.7) to stop this bug from ever happening again, and if you are to click on any of the information pages such as "Amenities" on 30 East Balbo, it will now work as intended.
