Fan Bucks Integration is AWFUL
With no Apple Wallet integration, you get screwed when there is poor cell service and even worse WiFi for crowded games and you can't access your funds. USELESS!!!!
Can't update listings
Cannot update the price or change any of my ticket listings. Errors over and over. App is broken.
Keeps Crashing Accessing Season Tickets
App crashes every time I try to access my season tickets. Have to restart app every time. Can't add FanBucks to Apple wallet. So you better hope you get good signal in the arena to access the QR code!!!
Spammy and buggy
This app feels loaded with popups and spam. Why can’t I access my tickets on the Ticketmaster app? Or use the same login? This is trash and took me over 10 minutes to get a new password from an account I apparently created 4 years ago. Garbage.
Garbage
Good luck trying to use this app to load tickets purchased through Ticketmaster. You’ll be prompted to create an account 3 different ways and still never get your tickets. Don’t think I’ve ever been more annoyed with an application than I am with this one.
Selling tickets harder then getting into the pentagon
If you want to list your tickets it’s near impossible. Not only cannot i not do it through Ticketmaster, but having to use this god forsaken app has made me enter my personal info 12 times to just never save it and move forward with the process
Unstable Connection, SLOW
If you don't have a good signal in the arena you're in BIG trouble accessing FanBucks because you have to use the app and there is no Apple Wallet integration. App is very unstable and extremely SLOW!!!
Broken app
I get an api error when I try to load my events to see my season tickets. I have no wallet in the app to see my fan bucks. Most of the season ticket related things do not function. Stupid app for a professional team.

Wallet functionality is useless at games
If you don't have a good signal in the arena you're in trouble accessing FanBucks because you have to use the app. There is no Apple Wallet integration to save your FanBucks for easy use. Terrible design that screws fans with Fanbucks accounts when they can't access it. FIX IT!!!
Really annoying
Annoyed I had to download the Ticketmaster app and this app, then link them, just to get my tickets. Not very convenient.

Every year, the way in which you get tickets, and transfer tickets changes.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Four out of 10 times you gotta call down to the arena to get a hold of somebody to walk you through it, and, inevitably, it either goes to Will Call, or they have to transfer it down there.
I long for the days of paper tickets where I could just hand them to somebody. smh

Broken
Doesn’t work in iOS 18. There are two ways to get to tickets. One won’t refresh/update tickets (clicking My tickets) and the other (going to account then my ticket takes you to my events). Under my events, it takes three clicks to finally see the ticket but add to apple wallet is broken. Nothing happens when you click it.
I hate leaving a review for a tech support issue/ but “app support” just takes me to the third party vendor site which seems more geared to signing on clients than helping users.

Can’t add tickets to my Wallet
Since updating to iOS 18, the app won’t allow me to add my tickets to my Apple Wallet. I’ve tried logging in and out of my Ticketmaster account. Also the option for Fan Bucks/Rewards doesn’t appear in the “More” link of the app.
Constantly errors trying to refresh my account tickets.
Constantly displays an error message that it can't refresh my tickets. I have season tickets yet the app can't refresh my account. Logging out and back in doesn't help. Glitchy app.

The last time my app was updated: Oct. 24th. It has a lot of information and links to other websites; so, it can be helpful. You cannot use it for your tickets.
Doesn’t refresh
I like how convenient everything is. I can buy 50/50 tickets, reload my fan bucks, see team and player stats, schedule etc… but a lot of things don’t refresh. I always check to make sure I have the most recent version of the app and I do. But when trying to load tickets, it doesn’t add new things (STH event tickets) and it doesn’t get rid of old tickets once that event is over. A lot of times I can’t even add the tickets to my Apple wallet and I have to login to my account manager via web browser to do that. Lots of conveniences but also lots of inconveniences. It could definitely be better.
