BEST IDEA FOR AN APP
This is a well thought out idea. Could always easily access tickets, stadium restaurants and bathrooms, players, stats, and even very easy access to the Columbus Soccer Shop! 100/10! This is a complete must get! :-)
New Update makes it a great app!
Really have enjoyed all the updates. Makes gameday a breeze and addresses all the issues that were in the old app!

Worst sports app ever
I’ve tried for years to download my full season tickets through the app without success. I always need to sign in through my account manager on the website.
Unable to log in
My wife (sth) often shares game tickets w me and others for when she (or us) can’t make a game. It’s worked so far until 10/12/24 game. The app denied my shared tickets (“not from same Apple ID acct “- how is apple even involved??) I use her Crew/ticketmaster logins to keep it simple, but not anymore. I’ve tried creating a new Crew acct & pairing it w Ticketmaster - still nothing (red banner “unexpected error, try again”). No one at the stadium can figure this out. Why a tie in to Apple ID??

Terrible integration with Ticketmaster
I have to reconnect my Ticketmaster every time I go to view my crew tickets. It’s very frustrating when I’m walking up to the stadium and can’t get in because I have to reconnect my ticket master account.
Honestly I’d much rather the tickets just live in Ticketmaster instead of the Crew app. Their app actually works.

Can’t add tickets to apple wallet
What is the point of the app if I can’t manage my tickets as a STM?
Always get a “can’t read data because it’s in the wrong format” when going to the ticket view and then when I view them via the web, a “workaround”, the “add to apple wallet” button does literally nothing.

Thank you for rewarding your season ticket members with a non functional app that forces me to use work arounds to access my tickets! This is great!!!!!

Continued Ticketing Issues
The app has been updated multiple times in the last few months to “enhance” user experience, specifically regarding ticketing, and my experience has not been enhanced. After deleting the app multiple times, making sure my IOS is up to date, and redownloading the app, I’m still unable to add the tickets to my wallet. There is no “add to wallet” button available in the app or account manager through the web browser- even though there is an informational pop up that reminds me to add to my wallet “to beat busy network connections”. Very frustrating that this is still an issue after several months.

Official crew ticketing app and you can’t download your tickets. How can it be that hard to get this right?

Adding tickets to your wallet simply doesn’t work, it’s not available. TM integration is pathetic.
Because Zero Stars Wasn’t An Option
The app used to work well. Primary used to access my tickets, download to my wallet, check schedule. Received instruction to perform an “urgent” update and now I cannot add my tickets. Phone is updated to the latest iOS, I’ve logged out and back in, I deleted and reinstalled the app. I confirmed I was logged in to the appropriate Apple and Ticketmaster (they stink too) accounts and yet, here I am stuck. An upgrade that breaks functionality is not really an improvement.

This app simply links to Ticketmaster (which you already have to have to even buy a ticket).
This app is another username and password to save/memorize/deal with so that the crew can send you junk.

When viewing the schedule, often the teams ranking and records are switched.. so the app will display the respective shields, but what is displayed below reflects the other teams information. It’s a bit buggy at times, but appreciate how easy it is to manage tickets and view news.
