Very useful if you go to the library a lot
If you go to the library often this app is great for looking up items in the catalogue and for placing holds on books or anything else to be sent to your preferred branch

Can’t login.
After the update (April 2021), now the app doesn’t recognize my account login information. The information I inputted is correct, but it just don’t work. It’s broken now.

This app worked great for me for years. Today I open it, it asks for my card number and passcode, I enter it correctly, and it won’t log me in.
Decent app
Nice lil library app! Convenient and easy to use. Wish they’d make a version compatible with iPad.
App has a bug
It’s nice that it allows many of the latest options, and while it’s nice I don’t need to have my library card right in my hand because the app can show you your card. Unfortunately it needs an option to get rid of the card (exit that display) because it seems to free and the user gets stuck with that on the screen

So slow :(
I was excited when Columbus libraries updated their app, which I use often. However, while the new app looks more modern and prettier than the old one, it is much, much slower. It takes twice as long to search for things and utilize it because it is constantly pausing to load. Most of the time, only half of the graphics (showing covers of books and movies) actually load. Very disappointing. I find myself dreading having to use this app to request something. I actually miss the old one!!

Time to start over
This has been a terrible update. It simply does not work. Please hire a new programmer that knows what he/she is doing and understands what library users need. I have experienced too many freeze ups and the search function does nothing. Maybe somebody forgot to plug in the server.
Ordered items?
I hate this app. I really utilized the old ability to review and request items on order. Bring back that functionality, please.

I can not find where a title is available. I shouldn’t have to reserve a copy if it’s nearby I will go pick up
Terrible update
The latest update is terrible!! Not very user friendly. Bring back the old app! Whom ever thought this app was an improvement was very mistaken. As large as this library system is, I expected better.
