This is useful to sync watches

Almost there!

Useful as it is, but it needs the ability to be set for UTC instead of local. I would personally prefer a simple bezel/ clock edge, but that’s just me.

Nice clock! iPod location?

I like the classic 24 hour look on this clock - beautiful!

However, I run it on a seventh gen iPod touch and even with location services fully on including precision location, the location always shows as lat/long 0/0.

This is rather distracting. I would be nice if the app either used the location data available, or offered an option to turn off location display.

For Minimalist

I’m simple. Simple is a peaceful quality. It only wants the essential things in life. Like this clock. Everything you need to know. Nothing you don’t. Looking at it is easy if your a simple baby boomer who grew up in an analog world. I just discovered the other versions of it. Exciting my curiosity so I’m going to simply check them out too. And thanks JG for making something for the rest of us.

Hi Johnlennonokua, Your comments are very kind. I am thrilled that you are enjoying these clocks. Thanks, JG

No bells

Would not strike 🥲

Response from developer

Hi Stusoule, Thanks for using and reviewing the clock. I'm sorry you were expecting the bell chimes on this version of Combat Clocks but currently the bell chimes only work on Combat Clock 1a. I will see if I can add the bells to the other clocks in a future version. Thanks, JG

How do turn the bells on? Apps don't show up in iPadOS13.6 utilities

Response from developer

Hi JLR-1827, Thanks for your review on Combat Clocks and I'm glad you enjoying it. Can you please let me know which Combat Clock you are referring to as only 1 of the 4 support the bells. Combat Clock 1a is the only application that support bells while Combat Clock 2a that you have does not. Thanks, JG

Zulu time

Thought it was just what I was looking to set to Zulu time but only seems to show local time

Combat clock, 24 hr

The clock is awesome, it would be nice if it had at least one or two different skins.

Response from developer

Hi A_$tar, Thanks for your gracious comment and glad you are liking the application. Combat Clocks actually use imagery for shell, face and hands and as such, adding skins would increase the overall size of the application. I wanted to keep device impact to a minimum which is why I decided against skins. Instead, I opted to keep prices to a minimum without leveraging advertising as incentive to select any, some or all of the different Combat Clock apps that are currently available.

Cool... but..l

This app, and the similar ones are super cool. Especially when doing HAM stuff... but PLEASE... PLEASE... have options such as shutting off the long and lat, bright green numbers which ruin the clock dials. I dont need to know that information twenty four seven. Also an option which prevents the ipad or iphine face from fading out while app is open. Also, please add more dials such as white hands, which woukd be easier to see. Larger too... thank you.

Hi Adventurewriter, Thank you for your nice review and comments. As Combat Clocks are replicas of their real world counterparts, I am hesitant to change the overall appearance. I will look into your suggestion regarding disabling the location/compass data and preventing the lock screen from activating while the app is running and see what can be done.
