Plain-language workout logging, real nutrition data, and a batch of fixes. - New: describe a strength session the way you'd say it out loud — "bench 3x5 at 225, then 4 rounds of 10 kettlebell swings" — and the log fills itself in for you to check and save. - New: food entries are now matched against a real nutrition database instead of being estimated, with a per-item breakdown you can correct when a brand or serving size is off. - New: sign up with Apple or Google. - New: the app tells you when a new version is available. - General Fitness accounts get their own quick log — strength, cardio, mobility — instead of gi, no-gi and sparring. - Signing up no longer asks for belt and weight class; onboarding collects those later. - Fixed: notifications were never showing. The list now loads, and the unread badge stops clearing itself. - Fixed: logging body composition no longer fails with an error, and past measurements show their real dates and numbers. - Fixed: the keyboard no longer hides Save and Add buttons — actions stay pinned above it, and you can swipe down to dismiss. - Fixed: error screens now have a way back instead of stranding you. - Fixed: belt start dates save and stay saved. - Fixed: your training-by-discipline breakdown is back on the home screen, and gym pages show their rating summary again.
