What's New in Combien de dodos ?

1.2.3

August 25, 2026

Version 1.2.3 — The Tools tab: sleeps calculator and sleep cycles A FOURTH TAB: TOOLS Two calculations you make once, with nothing to create or save — and no Premium needed, they're free for everyone. THE SLEEPS CALCULATOR Pick a date, get the number of nights straight away. Enough to answer the bedtime question without adding an event to the home screen. • The count appears as soon as you pick a date, starting tonight • The same wait shown again in months, in weeks and in days • Past dates are counted too SLEEP CYCLES When the night's cycles end, based on your child's age and the time they fell asleep. Every cycle ends with a very short waking: if they can settle themselves, they move on to the next one — if not, that's usually when they call out. • Eight age bands, from 0-2 months to 13-18 years • Each cycle's end time, with the ones marked "end of night" being those where waking up for good becomes likely • How long a cycle lasts, the usual night and the recommended 24-hour total at that age • A full reference table and its sources: American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Réseau Morphée, mpedia, ameli.fr, INSV These are averages, not a prediction: every child sleeps their own way. ALSO • On an event's page, the count in months, weeks and days now follows the real calendar — no more one-day gap with the big number • "My reward" sheet: one default condition reworded to "I settle myself back to sleep when I wake at night" • iOS technical update and bug fixes Got an idea or a problem?
