Very basic and no Apple Pay not accepted in many places
The app is good for:
1. Checking your balance.
2. Creating a comcheck
3. Transferring money to your bank account (they charge an insanely high fee for this.
The app is extremely basic and I was highly disappointed you cannot use the card on Apple Pay.
You are told you can use the card free instead of transferring to your account, however this does nothing for the fact many places including places that accept Mastercard will not take the card. From time to time as well you will have the issue of a charge being denied at a truck stop die to the card reader thinking you’re trying to purchase products with the fuel card portion. That’s disturbing that it can confuse the two like that.

Transfers
Takes entirely to long to review my bank account for transfers. I need to move my money. But other than that, no problems.
why did the app stop opening?
several times I go into the application and I can’t open it, it says “unknown error”. When you ask for your password, nothing comes to the mail. Is the support team not responding to emails? what happened?

It would be nice to have the capability to transfer money to the account.

I created my account but can’t get passed contact info. There isn’t a next button or anything that I can see/click on. So I can’t complete setting up my account. Also when you call the number, it’s all automated - can’t talk to anyone to get passed this issue. So a one star until I can actually finish setting up my account. Please fix this issue! Thank you!

Very Simple
Discard is very simple and very effective to use you get your money right away and you can use it as a credit card I’m waiting for the one with my name

The app isn’t doing anything now, once it accepts my print password it does nothing
Minimal information but very good function
I do like how I can manage and sort my money I am able to create comchecks and I can see my total and real-time deductions.
The part that I think needs help is your transactions like fuel category this is a very simple basic app but it would be nice if I could see truck stop information and be able to review my receipts for fuel purchases see what the pump price is and the price I am paying would be very good plus the ability to have my receipts would be awesome

Awesome app
Very easy to use and very quick to transfer any money from the card to your bank
Don’t use!!
Twice now while registering checks using the app . It failed on the last screen, both times the money was removed from my account. For 9 months I have been trying to get the money back, what you get is a running around but no results. I think this is a money scan as they know the check was never turn in, yet they keep the money and never put back in your card. Dies anyone know a good lawyer this has to be happening a lot maybe we can get a class action suit from drivers and companies to stop thus fraud.

Good luck
Don’t get a new card, if you do Comdats will make u make a whole new account and you still won’t be able to access anything via the app. You will still have to call. And oh; customer service reps. Good luck with some of them. Haven’t had one that actually helped…
Could use some more features
EFS has a find fuel feature that actually plots your points instead of the broken app comdata has.
Comdata card hasn’t let me down yet
This card has been very reliable to my business! I can use it for most purchases and almost every atm accepts this card. Comdata also keeps your balance current to avoid overdrafts and other fees
This system of forcing truckers to use this is trash
Why would companies require truckers to get paid with this card that then charges you to do most things and won’t easily transfer into your banking account? This is so antiquated and backwards… it’s almost like this company thinks truckers aren’t smart enough to do real banking.

The transaction refresh rate could be a bit better on how it shows your purchases. And text alerts would be great!!!

Horrible app, reviews have to be fake
This app was designed in like 2007 before the first iPhone. The app only works 50% of the time and you usually have to close the entire app to resume. Log in is slow and Face ID only works sometimes. There’s no features with this app, just horrible all around tbh.
