Dear user, we are sorry you had a poor experience with the app. The app is free to download and offers a free trial which can be cancelled free of charge but, indeed, ongoing use requires a subscription. Our weekly subscription is intended for short-term use only. For longer-term use and best value we recommend our yearly subscription, which has an 80% lower average price. Dear Mike, we are sorry you are not satisfied. Please note that if a user were to keep our weekly subscription for an entire year, the total yearly amount would be one seventh of what you state - you appear to have multiplied the weekly amount by the number of days in a year - 365 - rather than the number of weeks in a year - 52. Regardless, our weekly subscription is intended for short-term use only - for ongoing use we offer monthly and yearly subscriptions at prices up to 80% lower. You can access these subscriptions via the 'More Options' link on the paywall or the 'Subscription Settings' link in the main menu. Finally, please note we also offer a free trial which allows you to explore the entire app for free and cancel free of charge if you are not satisfied. Kind regards - Stand Up Team

We offer a lineup of pro & up-and coming comics (who we pay and who have duly granted us the rights to these videos) with new shows added regularly. To support that, we charge a subscription. In standup, YouTube generally has short promo teasers or pirated videos that are violating copyright. Best - Standup Comedy App
