Dear user, we are sorry you had a poor experience with the app. The app is free to download and offers a free trial which can be cancelled free of charge but, indeed, ongoing use requires a subscription. Our weekly subscription is intended for short-term use only. For longer-term use and best value we recommend our yearly subscription, which has an 80% lower average price. Please note that if a user were to keep our weekly subscription for an entire year, the total yearly amount would be one seventh of what you state - you appear to have multiplied the weekly amount by the number of days in a year - 365 - rather than the number of weeks in a year - 52. Regardless, our weekly subscription is intended for short-term use only - for ongoing use we offer monthly and yearly subscriptions at prices up to 80% lower. You can access these subscriptions via the 'More Options' link on the paywall or the 'Subscription Settings' link in the main menu. Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you had a poor experience. We're like an online standup comedy club. We offer a lineup of pro & up-and coming comics (who we pay and who have duly granted us the rights to these videos) with new shows added regularly. To support that, we charge a subscription. In standup, YouTube generally has short promo teasers or pirated videos that are violating copyright. Best - Standup Comedy App
