Deposit process was simple and easy. Then when you want to withdrawal it’s always something. Takes days to let you know what’s wrong. Basically just took my money and give me a new problem every time.

The second time I tried to pull money out I had an issue viewing my pending withdrawal (endless loading screen), and it also wasn’t showing up in my transaction history under withdrawals. It was nice that the AI chat bot was able to confirm my exact withdrawal amount so it didn’t feel “lost”. That said, it still took about 28 hours to hit my bank which had me sweating a bit; the first withdrawal also took 9 hours. Just not on par with other casinos in that regard.

By far the worst casino app I’ve ever downloaded DO NOT download this app, it is by far the biggest scam you’ve ever seen, payouts are trash for ex: deposited 1000$ & hit one bonus for 9$ on a 4$ bet. The casino is an absolute joke! Beware !!

The absolute worst betting app. Dealers never bust more than twice. The app is very slow and randomly takes away money and u gotta wait to get it back. If u leave a game u can’t go to another table cuz it freezes. U have to close the app then restart EVERY time u leave a table.
