AMAZING!!

Comet is an amazing app for me as currently I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 12. Cannot access reddit however comet made it possible! With workarounds to login and (if you ask me) an amazing UI, 5 stars don’t think this app could improve!! ❤️ Keep doing what your doing devs!

App has recently stopped working

Can still lurk but no comments or voting

Seems good but actually

Could even get past the login screen, some buttons now working and keeps going round in a loop. Can never login. 🙈🙈🙈🙈forget it

Sign In is Broken

Can’t even sign in. Pressing accept or decline doesn’t event do anything.

Excelente

Aplicativo excelente mas tenho um problema com a altura das linhas, o texto fica todo em uma linha só, então se o parágrafo tiver mais de uma linha, elas vão ficar todas no mesmo local, acredito que seja algum bug de line-height.

Just Doesn’t Work

If it doesn’t crash immediately it won’t let me log in.

Can’t work with Sign in with Apple

Font issue

A simple and cleanly designed app, but unusable for me because the comment threads aren’t legible - there’s some kind of error with the text rendering. I’ve tried playing with the settings but nothing fixes the issue.
iPhone 16e, iOS 18.6.1

Can't even log in

Not sure why but the oauth flow never closes the web view even after hitting Accept to give permissions to the app.

It won’t let me sign in with google, only via phone number and it always signs me out. And this is a more recent problem. Aside from that I really like the app!

Makes me miss Apollo even more

Buggy - crashes when loading media a lot. Weird text rendering happens frequently requiring restarting the app. Worst part is can’t fully log in - won’t let me accept or decline access. Reddit community is private and mods don’t respond. Not completely useless but not anything I’d pay for.

Jumbled text , unusable

As title states

Broken and Abandoned

Can’t even login and the text is all messed up and unreadable.

dead

app is dead. cannot log in

App is broken

Using iPhone 13 mini with latest iOS. Apps comment text is all jumbled, line spacing broken. Comment section overlays every line of text on top of lower lines, making all text look like cryptic indecipherable writings. Settings and sorting don’t seem to change it.

Can’t sign into your account anymore- you enter your correct credentials, it takes you to a browser in app for login, but the accept terms button won’t allow you to select it, click it, nothing. Even the decline button doesn’t work.

Your app WAS the best after Apollo died. Now, it’s just broken and seemingly no longer supported.

Wish I could use it

Nice app, but logging in is broken. Once you get to the “accept or decline” window after entering your credentials neither button does anything so you can’t log in.

Not Working as Advertised

The interface crashes making the experience stiff and unpleasant

can’t tap accept

in order to allow reddit to provide permissions

I installed it, but it won't let me connect Comet with Reddit.

I signed in successfully, but then it asked for full permissions to be given to Comet to use with Reddit. I clicked on "accept" and nothing happened. I did this multiple times. Nothing worked. I am uninstalling the app. I am running Monterey 12 on a 2016 MacBook Pro.

Some things just don’t work

Running 15.3.2 on a new M4 Mac Mini. Re: Comet v. 2.3.3. I log in (or rather attempt to), and I am presented with a screen that asks permission for Comet to do a whole slew of things re: managing my Reddit account. Understandable, but when I click “Allow”, nothing happens. Nothing. No error, no notification, no nothing.

As I cannot log in to Reddit via Comet, it is completely worthless to me.

I see a lot of potential with the app, but right now all it does is take up space.
