Stopped working last week - loading screen remains forever…

Cannot log in anymore
The app stopped showing my device, so I logged out and if I try to log in again the loading symbol keeps spinning and it doesn’t log me in anymore. Please fix it!

Uygulama Güncellemesi
Uygulama da yapılan 3 gün önceki güncellemeden sonra kaydetmiş olduğum cihazı sadece hem telefon hem de cihaz aynı Wi-Fi ağına bağlı olduğu zaman görebilmektedir . Telefon Wi-Fi ağından ayrıldığında eklenmiş olan cihaz kaybolmaktadır. Görülmemektedir. Bu olay mağduriyet yaşamama sebep olmaktadır . Düzeltilmesini talep ediyorum

I was very happy with the app but with the latest version 2.6.4 the three-dot menu option at the top right has stopped working. By clicking on the menu you exit the app

No funciona bien la app. Me parece una vergüenza que Elnur Gabarron permita este tipo de aplicaciones basura dentro de sus equipos. Darle al cliente lo que necesita y no aplicaciones de este estilo.

This app is a total joke. For the price paid for your equipment you should have at least a bit of decency to provide your customers with a tool that will allow us to make some use out of our equipment. Right now all I can do with your app is to turn my heatpump on/off. Amazing 🤣🤣🤣

In der neuen digitalen Welt, ist diese App das Schlimmste was mir bis jetzt untergekommen ist. Es lässt sich so gut wie gar nichts einstellen kontrollieren oder auch mal verändern. Schade dass sowas bei einer guten Hardware als Steuerung App angeboten wird.
Vielleicht tut sich ja in der nächsten Zeit auch mal was in dieser Richtung.
