Works better than the app for WiFi
I installed this app after numerous attempts to get the Wifi app to work. I had some initial difficulty since we have two Comfort bases and I didn’t know which number went with which base. Once I resolved that, the app works fine on my iPhone 8 Plus but the app controls don’t fully fit on the screen of my wife’s iPhone 7.

100% Unreliable app & no comms from Glideaway
I am very pleased with my Odessa bed itself, but completely dissatisfied with the app. The app does not stay tethered to Bluetooth or the bed itself—so what good is it when customers can’t count on it when laying on their beds? To boot, Glideaway doesn’t communicate when there’s a completely new app to replace the old one with. They also don’t answer their phones and don’t link the app to a robust troubleshooting manual. Customer Service at Glideaway is pathetic and documentation to support the app is equally deficient/nonexistent. It’s beyond frustrating given such an expensive product.

Odessa support?
How do you get thing to work? I’ve tried a dozen times to connect to the bed but nothing. With over 50 years of IT experience I’m not an amateur at using tech.
App isn’t compatible with Apple IOS
Installing and connecting it was difficult at best. Once installed only half of the remote functions work. When I tray to contact the app developer I get a recording to leave my name and phone number. I you don’t have an Android device you’re screwed.
Love this Adjustable Base!
I’ve had my Odessa with Elevate kit for a month now and love it! App is super easy to use! I have a solid king size so had to unplug the Bluetooth on one base and they now work great! We definitely didn’t need another remote in the bedroom. Using my iPhone is easier and kinda cool!
