Provider Mobile, a demand response mobile data terminal (MDT), used by the contracted and credentialed transportation provider network, allows Drivers to see current and future trips in real-time. Provider Mobile allows ComfortCare to better handle same-day bookings, improve on-time performance, and increase passenger trips per hour the increased efficiency. Available only to Provider Drivers in the ComfortCare network, Drivers can easily communicate with ComfortCare staff in real-time to provide instant updates and manifest changes. Through this real-time communication between Drivers on the road and the ComfortCare offices, we are able to effectively improve the accuracy of information and provide better customer service to passengers.
