App is ok. Feature missing
Hi, so far baby camera is good. Please add picture-in picture mode for iOS. So cellphone can be used and we can monitor/see the baby. Much appreciated and Thanks.

App is OK but leaves things to be desired
I am using the app in combination with the baby monitor. Some things are just plain odd. You can connect the camera to a wifi network but only by resetting the camera. Support for networks with a captive portal isn’t possible (I work around that with a small travel router so the network stays the same which is useful in hotels).
The biggest drawback is that you need the app to support several features that you would expect the camera to have (motion detection, digital fence, etc), but the implementation is off a good deal of the time. It will detect sound when a car drives by with the bedroom window open, but won’t detect my daughter getting out of bed and operating the door.
All in all, the app needs more work, especially if they move the smart features from the camera to the app. Given the current implementation, It’s ok for basic things but not a reliable solution as a baby/kid monitor.

Terrible app
It’s a terrible app, it looks like unfinished, full of bugs… the WiFi networks screen don’t work, I cannot select my network an therefore not connect the cameras… very basic stuff. For a company with this size and sales it should be better.

Die App ist okey, ich habe meine Milchpumpen verbunden doch dann gab es Probleme und ich konnte immer wieder die eine nicht mehr verbinden… es wäre noch super wenn in der App eine Liste wäre wann man zuletzt abgepumpt hat so könnte man sich selbst kontrollieren und beobachten ob man öfters sollte oder ob allgemein weiß mann dann von wie viel Uhr die Milch ist. Sonst ziemlich unkomplizierte App einfach gehalten 👌🏻

My baby monitor connected with no issues, but this bottle maker WILL NOT connect and of course no one answers the phone.
SD card slot doesn't work
It's a good camera to watch it live, but tried different SD cards, even got one from a different camera that is working, but still didn't recognize or see the card nor gave me the option to format it. Very disappointed because I can't go back and watch what happened.
Terrible device and useless app
New parent here: if you want something easy to set-up/use, reliable with modern features… this is not the baby monitor for you.
Firstly the app and device only work on 2.4G wifi, so good luck downgrading all of your home network just for this device.
Secondly: the app and camera are very particular on their pairing process, taking 2minutes every time it tries to connect… mine never worked.
I ended up using a baby monitor from 2014 with no issues and better features…

NO APP CONNECTION
1 great thing, camera works. WOW app is a no go and to hard to connect to app this needs to be updated cause you can’t even check app or camera when out of house to make sure family is safe.
Won’t connect to phone
This app will not connect to my phone I’ve tried so many times for so long.
No zoom, motion detection
Zoom feature does not work on iPhone, but works on Samsung. Hardly picks up motion detection
No zoom???
The app functions as it should other than there is no zoom…
Buggy and functions missing
This is like a bad beta release. No zoom function. Changing temp alarm level produced dps error. Can’t show temp in Celsius. That’s what I’ve discovered in 5 minutes of using the app.
