Hard to read on a phone.
Great, very simple app. Would be a 5 star if I didn’t have to resize every page when reading on my phone. I turn it sideways on my phone and it sizes up vertically instead of horizontally making it too small to read. I’m able to stretch it to the right size but doing that for every page is a drag. Fix that and it’s a 5 star app easy.

Does exactly what it should and doesn’t collect data. 11/10 score. Thank you to the dev team! My only suggestion is for there to be a vertical scrolling mode similar to how you read many comics / manga / manhwa on the web. Thank you!
Suggestion
Any chance a single page view toggle could be added. Some landscape books I read I would like to read them as single page landscape mode on my iPad but this puts the app into automatic two page mode. Great app! Thanks!

So far so good. If you get around to improvements I’d like to suggest a count total so we can see how many books are currently in the library. Secondly the ability to reset a title as new after reading it.
Better than some paid readers
This does what you want. It stores comics, understands some metadata, allows you to edit title, volume, issue #; and of course you can read comics.
It’s not fancy but it is superbly functional. If I could edit metadata and make a hierarchy of collections, I’d pay $10 for a one time purchase but it’s great especially at the current price.

Easy to use!
Great app for reading .cbz files. It keeps track of your progress, and can switch directions if you go between manga and western works. I only have two criticisms at the moment: sometimes the page turn animation stutters a little, and I would like the option to view two pages side-by-side when in landscape mode on the iPad. The tablet is about the same size as an open Tankobon, and sometimes the panels flow better when you can see both pages

Good App with Problem from Last Update
I like the simple app that does what I need it to but unfortunately the latest update made the page jumping slider no longer work. Hope it gets fixed.

The update broke my scrollbar
Ever since the latest update my scroll bar doesn’t work. I tried reaching out to the devs and got jerked around by some German social media page that expected me to join to complain. Screw these guys.
Very Good, needs some fixes and additions
The app is perfect for my use case. I already own a bunch of manga and just wanted to upload my own. Plus it has a no data collection policy which is so amazing in today’s world. But there’s a few things I hope the dev will address in the future.
🔸The bar at the bottom to scroll between pages doesn’t work for me. So I can’t quickly get to whatever page I need to.
🔸I read a lot of short manga so the story wraps up quickly. But when I get to the end, I can’t go back to the beginning to “reset” it unless I manually swipe backwards each page. Perhaps there could be a reset button?
🔸when selecting a manga or comic, perhaps there could be an overview tab of all your pages so you can quickly scroll through and select a page to start on? Hard to explain but most online manga sources are like this, whenever you open, it leads to an overview that looks like

Solide APP
Auf meinem iPad ist es super, dass die App sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal funktioniert. Auf dem iPhone kann ich leider nicht vertikal scrollen, und in der aktuellen iOS-Version funktioniert der Seitenregler nicht.

Ist möglicherweise die Ausrichtungssperre aktiviert? Der Schieberegler zur Seitenwahl ist nun in der neuen Version gefixt - DerJegge

Lovely clean app, suitable for small to medium collections, as there’s no real folder system.
One small niggle: when consecutive pages are different sizes or shapes, it sometimes fails to “fit image to screen”. Double tap fixes it, but keeps recurring
