Company doesn’t care about the customers
This company could care less about the customer they only care about money app won’t work unless I purchase a second subscription. They nore apple will refund you your money. I was charged without my authorization. requested a refund through apple was denied then just tried to deal with by using the app well the app now wants me to purchase a second subscription to even log into my account. I then submitted another refund request was denied again. I spoke with an apple supervisor they said kick dirt. It’s the app developers problem now to refund me. So I contacted the app developer they basically are saying I’m lieing about the refund from apple which I’m not have proof of two separate denied refund request. And that they said it’s apple’s problem to refund me the money they have nothing to do with the money. So does that mean they don’t make dime on there app? Hmm makes since why I doesn’t work for a lot of people after reading there reviews now. Not a very professional way to run a company comic book realm. If you can’t run a professional business this day an age you shouldn’t be running one then. [buyers beware of a scamy scandalous possibly fraudulent company]

Amazing app
Always a great app. Recently got a new phone it won’t let me send a forgot password email it doesn’t submit FYI.
Horrible App!! Refund
All the negative reviews are correct, this application is very buggy and absolutely not productive. My lists created from website account show a total in the app but the books are not in the list. Updating a list on the website doesn’t immediately sync to app. Adding books takes time and isn’t intuitive. Worst of all you can’t get a refund!!! Save your money and use their website, which is usable but takes a moment to figure out.

Enough is enough…..
I’ve been with u guys forever and fir a product to get legit worse over time just doesn’t make sense! Each update u make it worse! Y can’t I catalogue anything pass issue #99? I’m done with u guys. I’ll check In from time to time hoping you’ll fix it but I’ll be putting my time in another app, apparently they u guys could care less about you’re customers

I wana love this app so bad
I want to love this app cause u guys have a great product but I’m annoyed. Before the update it was a mess….now after that update it’s a mess again. Y can’t I put Batman 1035 in? It only goes To 100? That’s the case for all comics past 100. Come on guys!

The update doesn't allow me to see what comics i currently own while entering in and if you try to search for a comic, anything over issue #100 does not show. Besides that i love where its going. Will update as the fixes are made.
Fixed some things and messed up others!
U guys did a great job on fixing most bugs but now when I go to catalogue comics it doesn’t show if I already own then UNLESS I CLICK IT! Now it makes it harder for me to know what I need. Come on guys…..get it together.
Stick with the website
I liked the website as it allows me to quickly scan prices for entire runs, something I’m not able to find elsewhere. I purchased the app thinking it would be the same/similar but when you look up a series no prices unless you open each issue making it largely useless.
Just use the website
There are no features that make this app worth the $20. None, zip, nada. If I could only get a refund and if only Apple would delist this outdated money burner.
Love and hate relationship
I have used CBR the website for years, and I support the efforts! What drives me nuts? Poor app design, and I know it’s not easy designing an app, but man o’ man my app crashes; when there is no picture, crashes on scanning, also brings up the wrong comic on UPC scan all the time. What bums me out is I don’t see the app getting improvements …like

Waste of money.
This app doesn’t work. The search function is a complete joke. To search for Spider Man you can’t search “Spider Man”. You have to search “spi am”. It’s incredibly frustrating to want to something as simple as add something to your collection or do a basic search and this app seems to make it purposely difficult. Don’t spend the money. Don’t waste your time.

Room for improvement
Glitches out when I’m really into the app. I just wanted to support the website. Always is a go to for me now even more so. Came across a few comic issues that’s aren’t on your website. Would love to help the database grow.
Always crashes on iPhone 10
App crashes constantly while trying to scan barcodes or use the search bar in the eBay analyzer. Nice to be able to pull up your collection to check what books you have or need while out at stores or comic ones. Sadly the app feels unfinished. Luckily you can build your collection on the website and see it on the app. The barcode scanner is great, when it works and doesn’t crash the app. Using it on iPhone 10.

Is this working?
So far I can’t even get past the login screen. Try to register and nothing happens, it just stays on that screen without even letting me know if it saved my info. Really disappointed I spent money on this and it doesn’t even work.
Import option
Can I or you import my csv file from CLZ to this app??? Really don’t want to start over scanning all my books again.
Keeps shutting down
When I search my collection or use the bar code feature it will often just shut down the app. - submitter this months ago and same problem. App just shuts down, and when I look at inventory it never reflects correctly. It will list one book 8 times ... but I only own one copy. For you to be able to use certain features you have to pay more as well. When will the owner(s) of the app fix these problems?

Quirky registration process, worked for 1 week then tells you “expired token” tried to reset password but doesn’t recognize any email. 20 bucks down the drain😔
Not worth the price DO NOT BUY
For an app that costs 20$ I expect it to be perfect. It crashes a lot. I’m trying to get my 20$ refunded but it seems to be too late. DO NOT BUY!!!!
