Ça freeze tout le temps, le contenu est peu intéressant, impossible de comprendre le fonctionnement de l’outil. Ça manque d’un travail sur l’expérience utilisateur.

On scanne quelque chose et au bout de 10 sec l’app plante systématiquement.

Doesn’t open. Don’t download it! It just uses more storage! Luckily the museum is very good.

I downloaded the app and everytime i tried opening it crashed, it was a fun concept but a horrible execution. After my phone crashing a couple of times i gave up. I have an iphone 13 so my phone is not the problem here. Don’t download this app. Do have a fun time at the museum. Bye!
Not good
Not sure if it’s the Wi-Fi in the museum or the app design, but the app takes ages to download then stalls downloading data to run . Gave up on it.

L’appli met des heures à se lancer et elle consomme tellement de ressources qu’il est impossible de la garder démarrer le temps de la visite.
Et comme elle n’est pas capable non plus de retenir les héros déjà scannés, il est impossible de trouver les 15 héros.
Quand à la partie AR, il est très compliqué de lire les bulles affichés trop près et impossible à afficher en complet dans l’écran.

Reloads VERY. SLOWLY. Every. Time.
Does not need to reload from 0% to 100 every time you open the app. And it takes a painfully long time every time! Very poor user experience for someone who has paid money to enter this museum.

This app is not a bad idea but :
- REALLY too long to launch it everytime
- my app closed itself while i used it

Takes too long to load and initialize. Not stable too. But thanks for the creative and fun experience once it loads

Je comprends pourquoi cette app est si mal notée: Elle est extrêmement lente à charger, ne fonctionne pas en tache de fond (et doit donc se recharger si vous la quitter, vous perdez donc votre avancement), ne repère pas toute les cibles du musée et l’expérience est trop simpliste.
Aussi peu de contenu et d’interaction juste pour une app c’est plutôt frustrant de agaçant.

Pas vraiment utilisable
Ne fonctionne pas très bien et plante souvent.
Poor app. Not working well.
Poor app. Many people struggled with it. Scans didn’t work. And it distracts from the beautiful things to see in the museum. No added value. A shame because it could be insightful to our kids and teach them something in a fun way.
Application plus que brouillon !
Tellement de choses à dire… Malheureusement rien de positif ! Par où commencer, nous pourrions parler du fait que certains scans ne soient pas détecter par la caméra du téléphone, que les bulles s’affichent n’importe où et n’importe comment, que lorsque que nous changeons d’application pour prendre une photo toute notre collection se réinitialise. Bref rien qui ne donne envie de continuer à utiliser cette application. L’idée était bonne, donner une nouvelle vie à ce musée grâce à la technologie. Dommage que le rendu soit si misérable.

Ok but some problems

I am writing to you because I have recently used this app and there is problems I would like you to fix.
Firstly, scanning some pictures are not working (even if I put my phone near it or when I make sure there is nothing but the picture)when my phone is in front of the picture. This is not good because I then cannot discover more comic characters.
How would you feel if something in an app you use does not work? If some scanning does not work, then people would be angry.
Secondly, the app takes time to load by loading consecutively . This is bad as it wastes my battery. Is it good if something wastes your battery!? If this app will waste my battery, I will be unimpressed.
I hope you have read this letter and will fix those problems.

Trop de bugs
Malheureusement l’appli affiche n’importe quoi. Elle affiche les bulles qui ne correspondent pas au personnage. Pour la chasse aux héros, elle ne reconnaît pas toujours les bons. Certaines planches en AR ne sont pas détectées. Et pour ma part, au bout de la moitié de la visite, l’appli a recommencé de zéro et a perdu tous les héros que j’avais scannés. C’est là que j’ai cessé de l’utiliser.
