What you and I didn’t know. They are a greedy company wanting 3% if your hard earned book. What happen to PGX WITH INSIDER GRADING THEIR OWN BOOKS, CGC does this frequently. One ex member I cannot name told me and others.
If I were you all wait till it’s government regulation.
First company that does this is the one I am grading with. I have seen Cgc books that were a 6 graded at a 9. Because I bring in lots of books.

Everytime I log in the app crashes

Every time log in it always closes the app.
Broke.
All of a sudden this app doesn’t load everything and I click on things inside the app and I get an error . App was top notch.
