The mobile app is not in sync with the computer app at all. The mobile says it’s good when it’s really not. Constant issues
Crashes constantly
At times it takes 5+ attempts to program a messageboard or DSL. Also should have a feature that uses location so you don’t have to scroll through an entire map to find the message boards in your area.
Increase Functionality Required
App is good for viewing CMS status and location. Very limited functionality for programming messages.
1. Can’t access graphics or special characters from this app to program a message.
2. Can’t preview a new message to be sure it will be displayed correctly.
3. Messages can be created in the app that will not display properly without any warning to the user.
