Great functionality
At last, an app that gets it! Members were able to maintain situational awareness for in-field disaster response. We particularly valued the instant notifications from state and regional control centres with the pinpoints on the map. 5/5 stars for its functionality and ease of use.
Improved situational awareness
This has improved situational awareness for our crews. We've found it beneficial during complex situations, especially when we had to quickly contact an external team. A user-friendly view was perfect when it was high-pressure as we could scroll and see the entire situation log. It’s supported us making decision and improved communication with multiple teams during preparedness and response.
