My dot was previously connected but we moved and it will not hookup. The app doesn’t offer me the options I suppose to be able to access to change it over. Terrible app

Unreliable app.
We listen to the SAME radio station every morning. Now the device plays other stations when we ask for our favorite station. We have installed the tune in app and set the station as our favorite. No improvement.
I regret selling my Bose system. No voice commands on it, but it did what I wanted it to do.

Music only goes on and off
My echo dot plays my pod casts fine, but music is another matter. It used to play music just fine. For the last few months the music can cut off after only 20 seconds, 2 minutes or after 2 songs. It’s totally random. I can play music on my TV with no issues. It makes no sense. The biggest reason I bought the echo dot was for music. I am totally disappointed and disgusted. I have the echo dot hooked up to much better speakers than the TV has too.

I keep getting blank notifications. When I open the app, there’s nothing there except, “ What did I miss” and some other unrelated item.
Why not let me change my Wi-Fi and information so I can use Amazon and the Alexa
I’ve called three times and have gotten no help whatsoever.

app is a little messed up
lately the app isn't folllowing instructions properly. like an update scrambled its brain. when asking for songs it often turns on the tv. not sure why but it is frustrating. considering a different or nothing at all
Alexa has left the building
For a few months.. Alexa would stop playing our selected music after 20/30/60 minutes intermittently without being told to do so (we asked she play for 8hrs everywhere non-stop).
Ever since the “new” Alexa was installed (we called support who had us refresh it to original factory standards) she now “literally” plays for 10 seconds! Tried everything - playing SiriusXM, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music… nothing works! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!
